A new property, mule.deploy.applications, was added to deploy specific applications at startup. The old command-line option, -app, is still functional but deprecated.

In 4.1.3.1, license installation installs the trial license. As a workaround, start Mule at least once first using the trial license, or process the license at the license verifier website and install the digested license directly to the /conf directory.
