Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition 1.6.1 Release Notes

Changes in this release

There are several improvements in this release. These are the highlights

  • Added support for Mule Runtime 3.8.5 and Mule Agent 1.6.4 and 1.7.1.

  • Security improvements across the different components.

  • Increased tmp folder space requirement to 20GB.

  • Performance improvements allowing to reach 7000 APIs under management in 6 node deploy.

  • Added Configuration of file types allowed by API Designer.

  • Turned off additional save of DB logs, as it could cause those files to be stored forever.

  • Fixed RAML parser issue that cause RAML based proxies fail to configure and API Notebook not working.

Upgrading from 1.5.x or 1.6.0 to 1.6.1

See To Migrate to Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition, Version 1.6.x for information on how to upgrade to the current version.

Before upgrading, you must backup your system as described in To Backup and Restore Your System.

The load balancer healthz endpoint used in previous version changed to port 10248.

Turn off Kapacitor stats reporting to usage.influxdata.com

Backup is not backing up individual permissions on each table for each user

Remove hybrid '/mule' endpoint from nginx

Upgrading 1 node installations from version 1.6.0 to 1.6.1 does not work.

Since 1 node installations are only supported in demo environments, you should install version 1.6.1 directly.
