User Group Permissions: Global and Server Group-Based

Tcat server allows user group permissions to be assigned either globally or by server group. These permissions can be assigned when groups are created, and they can be edited afterward. To do this, you must be logged in as Admin, or as a user belonging to the Administrators group.
Setting Permissions on a New Group
Set permissions on a group when you create it. Global permissions are to the left, and server-group permissions are shown to the right.
Note: Permissions entered using the server group drop-down menu are persisted.
